UJS facilitates roundtable discussions

The Union of Jewish Students (UJS) facilitated a roundtable meeting on Wednesday  with many of the religious, educational and political organisations who work with Jewish students on campus.

The conversations held at the Euston Hillel centre focused on ensuring provision for Jewish students was coordinated with J-Soc and UJS. Representatives of Liberal, Masorti, Reform and Orthodox organisations were brought together to share details of their campus programmes and arrived at broad agreements for working with UJS on campus.

UJS President Dan Grabiner said, "I take very seriously our responsibility to ensure that the voices of all Jewish students are represented and our discussions underlined this."

Chief Executive of UJS, Daniel Marcus, said, "It is a privilege once again for us to bring together the diverse array of organisations providing additional services to Jewish students across UK campuses."
